Thank you for your excellent try. I am sad that I will not be able to find out what happened to him. But I did figure there probably was no record. Considering that my grandfather was a deputy sherriff and a whole lot of information is in the Ada Evening News of Ada, Oklahoma, Pontotoc Country, I thought there might be a newspaper report especially since he was buried in a cementary in Stonewall, Oklahoma where they lived but I have not found anything. I have to say that my particular project was extremely difficult to say the least. I received many bids and found the rate to be very fair. I would actually give him 4.5 stars if that were an option. Todd did an excellent job, especially considering the time constraints he was under. He sent regular updates with his progress on the project. He was very responsive and when he made errors he was quick to correct them. I would definitely recommend Todd for your family research.
